Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions for the Use of the “Fintelligence24” Platform

  1. Scope and Contractual Partner

1.1 These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to the use of the trading platform “Fintelligence24”, operated by FINTELLIGENCE LTD, located at Schwanenpl. 8, 6004 Luzern, Switzerland, and with company number 06292359 (hereinafter referred to as “Platform Provider” or “we”). By using the platform, the customer agrees to these T&Cs.

1.2 The customer confirms that they are using the platform under the conditions set out in these T&Cs. It is the customer’s responsibility to regularly check for any updates or changes to these T&Cs.

  1. Platform Concept and Responsibilities

2.1 Win-Win Concept
The platform follows a win-win concept, where 86% of the profits generated are allocated to the customer, while 14% of the profits go to the company as a service fee. This model is designed to ensure the long-term success and satisfaction of the customer.

2.2 Combination of AI and Financial Experts
The platform combines advanced artificial intelligence (AI) with the expertise of financial professionals to optimise trading decisions. The AI analyses the markets and identifies potential trading opportunities, while the financial expert refines the strategies and adjusts them to the individual goals and risk profiles of customers.

2.3 Liability and Responsibility
The responsibility for trading decisions lies with the customer if they choose to trade on their own. The customer is free to trade on the platform, but the platform provider does not assume liability for the consequences of actions taken by the customer based on their own decisions.

The platform provider only assumes responsibility for trading decisions made using the AI and financial experts within the framework of the defined trading strategies and risk management processes, provided the customer has explicitly delegated the responsibility for trading to the platform.

Risk Warning: The customer is explicitly warned that trading in cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments involves significant risks, which may lead to losses. The platform assumes no liability for losses arising from actions taken by the customer. The customer acknowledges that they are aware of these risks and assume responsibility if they choose to trade independently.

  1. Risk Management and Trading Strategies

3.1 Maximum Risk
To protect the customer’s capital, the following risk management strategies are applied:

  • The maximum loss per individual trade is 2-3% of the total portfolio.
  • The daily risk is limited to a maximum of 5% of the total portfolio.

3.2 Stop-Loss Strategy
The AI automatically sets stop-loss levels at a 2-3% loss per trade to limit the risk. These stop-loss levels may be adjusted by the financial experts in response to changing market conditions.

3.3 Take-Profit Strategy
The AI dynamically sets take-profit levels, ranging from 5% to 15% per trade, to secure profits. Financial experts may adjust these levels as needed to maximise potential profits while controlling risk.

  1. Cryptocurrency Selection

4.1 Selection of Cryptocurrencies
The selection of cryptocurrencies available for trading on the platform is based on the predictions and market analyses provided by the AI, as well as the expertise of the financial professionals. This careful selection aims to maximise growth potential while minimising risk.

  1. Liability and Indemnification

5.1 The platform provider is not liable for losses arising from the use of the platform or the trading results, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. The customer is responsible for all trading decisions made on the platform, unless the customer explicitly delegates the responsibility for trading to the platform.

5.2 The customer indemnifies the platform provider against any claims from third parties arising from the customer’s failure to meet their tax or legal obligations.

  1. Data Protection and Security

6.1 The platform provider is committed to protecting the user’s data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and processing it securely. Further information can be found in the privacy policy on our website.

  1. Final Provisions

7.1 These T&Cs are governed by the law of the United Kingdom and are to be interpreted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country.

7.2 Any changes to these T&Cs will be communicated to the customer in an appropriate manner. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the new terms.

7.3 If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
